Enjoy a safe and trusting space to experiment, explore where theory and practice meet, and develop your unique coaching style, presence and mindset.
A partner, mentor and sounding board for your coaching questions, competency development and your professional growth as a coach.
What to Expect from Mentor Coaching
Individual mentor coaching is available in 5 or 10-session packages delivered over a minimum of three months to meet ICF mentor coaching requirements for ACC/PCC credentials, including upcoming credentialing changes for 2027 and beyond.
Your personal mentor coaching plan is co-created at the start of our work together and includes confidential review, shared discussion and detailed written and verbal feedback related to your coaching session recordings, competency-related questions and learning, as well as developing your unique coaching style, strengths and presence. Mentoring may also include business and marketing-related coaching/consulting if desired.
In these 60-minute sessions, we’ll focus on building coaching skill, growth, presence and mindset, in alignment with current ICF Competencies and Ethics. If you’re preparing for a credential application (or simply want feedback on your coaching for your own growth), we’ll review your coaching sessions together and identify strengths and opportunities for development based on your desired credential level (ACC/PCC).
You’ll leave each session with confidence, clarity, coaching mindset and fresh ideas to experiment with in your upcoming coaching sessions.
